How Our Provider Network Works
Request an estimate
Who you talk to
Offerjoke Concrete does not have a crew that shows up at your home. When you reach out, your request goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is the business that will talk with you, visit the site, quote the work and do it. We stay in the background as the referral link.
What happens next
After you send a request, a provider reviews it. They may ask about the size of the area, the surface you have now, and what look you want. Expect questions about drainage, too. In a humid, stormy climate, where water runs matters a great deal.
If your home is older, share what you know. Mention past patches, cracks, tree roots or earlier pours. These details help the provider plan.
What to ask an independent provider
Bring a short list of questions. Good ones include:
- Are you licensed and insured for work in my town?
- Will you give me a written quote that lists materials, thickness and base prep?
- How will you handle drainage and storm runoff?
- What happens if you find old concrete, roots or soft soil?
- For stamped concrete patios, can I see sample colors and patterns?
- What is the timeline, and what could change it?
- Who is on site during the work?
Providers set their own availability, so schedules vary. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise timing.
You are in control
A request is not a contract. You can compare quotes, ask for changes, or decide not to move forward. Nothing is owed to Offerjoke Concrete for a referral. Any agreement you make is directly with the provider.
